Returns

New/unwashed items in the original packaging with tags still attached may be returned for credit/refund 14 days from the date of the purchase with receipt(less any shipping charges we spent getting the item/s to you).** Please below for exceptions to returns. Returns must be received back by us within 30 days of your receipt (the date you received confirmed via tracking #). Please allow us 10 business days to inspect your return. All Clearance items & Sale items are final sale. Due to liability reasons, creams/lotions, amber, baby carriers and wraps are also final sale. Teething,edible items, menstrual products and clearance products are non-refundable. If you receive a free item based on a value, if you fall below that value, the free item in new with tags condition must be returned.  Returns may also be subject to a restocking fee. 

Condition? We will gladly accept the return of products that are still new-in-packaging, unwashed, unworn, free of any pet hair, smoke or other scents. In short, we must be able to confidently put this product back on our shelf, because we wouldn't want you to be shipped something that had already been used. If we receive a product back that does not meet all of these conditions we will deduct a 30% restocking fee (covering the necessity to list the product in our preloved section).

Exceptions? Any Bedding (including Dock-a-Tots), Amber, Babycarriers, and any Menstrual Products Also, Due to the nature of body washes, scrubs, sunscreen and other consumable products, these are ineligible for any return.

Defective? If you receive a product with manufacturer defects or defects present themselves with use - those are handled by the manufacturer and they should be contacted directly. If you have any problems hearing from the manufacturer, we are happy to act as intermediary.

Miss-ship? Did we mistakenly ship you the wrong item? Please let us know asap.

Limited Release or Special Orders:
All Special Orders & Limited Release Orders are not eligible for returns.
This also includes but is not limited to Ju Ju Be, Cloth Diapers, Special Orders on Clothing or Toys.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship within 24 hours as we know how anxious you are for your goodies! But please understand we are a small family run company and emergencies do come up. For this reason we officially state we ship within four business days. In the event an item is sold out we will contact you to arrange a substitution.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is in USPS or UPS's hands. Most orders do arrive to their destination within 5 business days. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Preorders

All Preorders are considered a sale upon completion of payment. If you would like to cancel your preorder for any reason there will be a 10% fee assessed based upon the pre-tax, pre-shipping total of the sale. We understand there are many circumstances why you made need to cancel, but we offer this as an alternative to offering store credit only. Thanks for your understanding.

Loyalty

Only 1 Loyalty Reward may be redeemed per visit or sale.  Loyalty Rewards earned today will be available for redemption the next business day.  For referral rewards you cannot refer yourself with another email account and if you try and manipulate the reward system your order will be voided.

 

Wrong Priced Items

While it does not happen often we are human and make mistakes. Baby Sweet Pea's Boutique does reserve the right to refuse sale of items purchased under MSRP or MAP.
